Tantrums and Tiaras specialise in creating magical sleepovers, parties, luxe picnics, and balloon decorations in the comfort of your own home or a chosen venue. Tantrums and Tiaras offer a complete decorating service that includes balloons, along with a diverse range of prop hire, light-up numbers, sail boards, and backdrops!
